NORTH If driving to Nashville from the north
on I-65 (from Bowling Green) or I-24 (from Clarksville), take I-265, the
I-40 (west, toward Memphis), then I-440 (east, toward Knoxville) and exit
from I-440 at exit 1A (West End Avenue, 70S), heading west**
EAST If driving to Nashville from the east on I-40 (from
Lebanon) or I-24 (from Murfreesboro), or from south on I-65 (from Franklin
and Columbia), take I-440 (west, toward Memphis) and exit from I-440 at
exit 1 (West End Avenue, 70S), heading west**
WEST If driving to Nashville from the west on I-40 (from
Dickson), take I-440 (east, toward Knoxville) and exit from I-440 at exit
1A (West End Avenue, 70S), heading west**
**West End Avenue (heading west, away from downtown) becomes Harding
Road. The entrance to Saint Thomas Hospital is on the right side of Harding
Road, 1.4 miles west of I-440.
After entering the Saint Thomas complex, bear left around the left side
of the Medical Plaza, and follow the signs to the underground parking
garage beneath the Medical Plaza (not the hospital).
Passengers may be discharged just a few steps from the elevators, and
assistance is available for handicapped patients.
The elevators from the parking garage can be taken to the fifth floor,
where the office of Endocrinology-Diabetes Associates is located in Suite
527.
