
Office Policies
Our office works on an appointment system, but it is our policy to see
patients who are ill whenever they need to be seen, as indicated by the
clinical situation. When necessary, we work in a patient, even if it means
delaying scheduled appointments.
If it is necessary to break or change an appointment, please
do so as early as possible.
Answering questions about health concerns is one of our
jobs and you should not feel reluctant to telephone questions to our office.
A member of the health care team will take the information, relay each
question to the appropriate team member and will return the call as quickly
as possible.
Most non-urgent calls will be returned after the morning
or afternoon's patient schedule has been completed.
A fee may be charged for telephone calls which require
professional time for diagnosis, interpretation of test results, changes
in treatment, or consultation with family or other health care providers.
