Herb Broiled Tomatoes

  •  4 Medium Tomatoes 
  •  1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  •  2 Tbsp plain bread crumbs
  •  2 Tbsp minced parsley
  •  1 tsp dried basil
  •  1 tsp dried oregano pepper
  •  1 Tbsp olive oil

Remove stems from tomatoes and cut in half crosswise. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl, and press mixture over cut side of tomatoes. Place tomatoes on baking sheet, cut side up and broil 6 inches from heat for 3-5 min. or until brown.
